Welcome to the NIS Training's Prize Draw. In order to qualify for entry into the draw, you must possess an NIS Training Trainer ID Number or an Operator ID Number. Whether you have been trained by NIS Training or by a NIS Certified Trainer, you are eligible for entry.

Just fill in the information below and you will be entered into our next prize draw. ONLY ONE ENTRY, PER PERSON, PER DRAW.

Winners will be notified by email (or telephone) and if you do not reply within 3 business days, another name will be drawn from the database and the new winner will be notified.

The information given is held in strict confidence and will not be distributed to any party. The winner agrees to provide NIS Training a picture for the “Contest Winners” section. The winner's first name and city will be published within the Contest Winners section.
